Former Hearts of Oak winger Patrick Razak has disclosed Asante Kotoko’s interest in taking him to Kumasi.
Razak who is a free agent after terminating his contract with Guinean giants Horoya AC left Hearts of Oak in 2018 after an outstanding performance for the Rainbow club.
However, the speedster has confirmed that Coach Maxwell Konadu has contacted him over a possible move to Asante Kotoko.
“Maxwell Konadu at a point in time was talking to me but it got to a time where I couldn’t reply his message because I don’t want to assure him and later on disappoint him” Razak told Bryt FM in an interview.
Razak was part of Maxwell Konadu’s WAFU Cup winning team held at Cape Coast, Ghana in 2017.
Meanwhile, Myfabulousonline.com understands that Hearts of Oak remains likely destination for the diminutive winger with officials of the club having already expressed interest.
