Asante Kotoko Brazillian import Fabio Gama has just arrived at the Kotoka International Airport, Accra after weeks of holidays in Brazil.
The Brazilian has been in his native country after the end of the 2020/21 football season.
The player who excelled against all odds In his first season with Kotoko has been a toast of fans of the club following an exciting debut in Ghana’s league.
The 28-year-old joined the Porcupines last year and starred so well in his first season, getting involved in 12 goals; scoring 5 and assisting 7 including 3-star performer accolades- an output that has really made him one of the fan’s favorites in Kumasi.
Gama will be hoping to improve his performance under new head coach Prosper Narteh Ogum.
However, the Brazilian was spotted at the airport with CEO Nana Yaw Amponsah awaiting a local flight to Kumasi in few hours time, with passers-by taking the opportunity to take pictures and have autographs from him.
The left-footed player missed the first meeting of players and the technical team earlier in Kumasi but is expected to join his colleagues tomorrow at the famous Adako Jaachie training grounds of Kotoko.
