Justice Blay could make a return to his parent club after Medeama SC head coach Samuel Boadu revealed his excitement should the midfielder return to his squad.
The Porcupines signed the highly-rated midfielder from the yellow and mauve on a season-long loan deal in July 2019 to help them in their continental campaign.
Blay has revealed this season that he would love to stay at Kotoko after his loan deal expires next month and it seems he might not get his wish.
However, Samuel Boadu wants him back at Medeama as he revealed how badly the Tarkwa-based club need his services.
“We need him [Justice Blay] badly at Medeama. I will be happy if he returns to the club after Kotoko loan spell”. Boadu told Wontumi FM/TV.
“I can’t tell whether he will be signed permanently or return to Medeama, it’s the work of the management, not me.”
Medeama last week posted on their official website – stating that; “The club has taken a decision to put all contract talks on hold. We want to be sure about the certainty of the league before we resume any form of talks”
The 27-year-old has made 13 appearances in the 2019/2020 Ghana premier league season with two goals so far in the suspended campaign for Kotoko.
