Diaspora and International Relations Manager of Asante Kotoko, Akosua Dentaa Amoateng has singled out two Porcupines for praise following their confident performances against ES Setif.
The Porcupines Africa campaign came to an end on Sunday, 21 February 2021, after exiting the CAF Confederation Cup despite drawing 0-0 at ES Setif in the second leg.
Johnson Smith’s men lost the first leg 2-1 at home on Sunday, February 14, 2021, at the Accra Sports Stadium, making things complicated for them in the second leg away in Algeria.
With a herculean task of overturning the result on the second leg, the Ghanaian side managed to avoid conceding in the game, a result most of the team fans were excited about.
However, Dentaa, despite the elimination chose to reflect on the positives on her Twitter hhandle after the game and one of those for her was the performances of goalkeeper Razak Abalora and defender Christopher Nettey.
