Anderlecht forward Dauda Mohammed has become the latest player in the Belgian Pro League to test positive for COVID-19.
A compulsory test imposed by the Belgian Pro League on Thursday, September 24, Dauda Mohammed tested positive for Covid-19, Anderlecht reported on Friday.
The 22-year-old Ghanaian becomes the 9th Anderlecht player to test positive in recent days.
Peter Zulj, Timon Wellenreuther, Yari Verschaeren, Antonio Milic, James Lawrence, Lucas Lissens and Hannes Delcroix have also been infected and remain in quarantine.
The former Asante Kotoko goal poacher, who has been tipped for a move away this season, is likely to stay with Vincent Kompany’s side following his resurgence form.
