BUSTED! Hearts of Oak Does It Again In Algeria As They Are Reportedly Caught Planting ‘JUJU’ On The Stade 20 Août 1955 Pitch Before JS Saoura Game – [PHOTOS]
Ghanaian champions, Hearts of Oak have reportedly been caught planting black magic on the Stade 20 Août 1955 pitch ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup playoff clash against Algerian side JS Saoura today.
The Phobians lock horns with the Algerian side in the second-leg encounter. The Ghanaian side goes into the game with a 2-0 first-leg win at the Accra Sports Stadium last week Sunday.
Speaking to the Algerian press upon arrival from Ghana, President of JS Saoura, Mohamed Zerouati stated that there was a pungent smell from their dressing room in Accra, a thing he believes Hearts of Oak did to beat them.
“When we arrived and during our first training session at the stadium that will host the game, we reported a weird smell a strong, very unpleasant odor. We were promised the problem will be fixed but on matchday we ran into the same problem, it’s weird,” Zerouati told the Algerian press.
“We do not know what it is but maybe is something they did to defeat us in the game,” he added.
Hearts of Oak, however, denied such claims, stating that the rooms were fumigated before the game hence the funny scent at the dressing rooms.
Today, the Algerians in a post on their Facebook page claim the Phobians after their training session at the Stade 20 Août 1955 spread rice and pork on the pitch before the matchday as shown in the pictures below.
The game will come off at 4:40 PM Ghana time at the Stade 20 Août 1955 today.
Meanwhile, Hearts of Oak are yet to react to the accusations by JS Saoura.
