The 26-year-old joined the Porcupines from Inter Allies in March 2018 but injuries halted his progress at the club.
Although Osei Kwame’s talent has never been in doubt, his presence in the team was unstable. He had been going out of action as his anterior crucial ligament tear in his right foot sustained during his stint with Inter Allies kept recurring.
The recurring injury resurfaced shortly after joining the Porcupines from the Eleven is to One boys, limiting him to the bench on match days.
The lanky goalkeeper who was the hero during the GFA Normalization Committee Special Cup Tier 1 final against Karela United had his contract expired in October 2020 but the club has no plans for the goalkeeper.
Osei Kwame made 14 appearances for the Porcupines in all competitions for the Reds.
